SMS Terms & Consent

Last updated: May 2026

1. Who is sending messages

SMS messages are sent by Cleanly LLC ("Cleanly", "we", "us"), the operator of cleanlyhq.com. We use Twilio Inc. as our SMS messaging service provider.

2. How you opt in

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Cleanly when you provide your mobile phone number on the Cleanly cost calculator (cleanlyhq.com/cleaning-cost-calculator) or when you create a Cleanly account, AND check the box confirming you agree to receive SMS messages from Cleanly. You may also opt in by texting START or YES to a Cleanly phone number after a previous opt-out.

Phone number capture without checking the SMS consent box does not enroll you in SMS messaging. Email-only signups never receive SMS.

3. What messages we send

Once opted in, you may receive transactional and account-related SMS messages from Cleanly, including: cleaning estimate confirmations, booking and appointment reminders, job status updates, replies to inquiries you initiated, account notifications, and operational messages from your cleaning provider through the Cleanly platform. We do not send unsolicited marketing SMS to opt-in numbers without separate marketing consent.

Sample messages: "Cleanly: Reminder — You have a cleaning at 123 Main St tomorrow at 9:00am. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.", "Cleanly: Your estimate of $185 for a standard clean has been saved. Reply with questions or visit cleanlyhq.com to book.", "Cleanly: Maria replied — 'I'll be there at 9am.' Reply to respond.".

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity in the Cleanly platform — typically a few messages per cleaning appointment (confirmation, reminder, status update). You will not receive recurring messages on a fixed schedule.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Cleanly does not charge you to receive SMS messages from us; standard carrier rates from your mobile provider apply.

6. How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from Cleanly. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPTOUT, or STOPALL — all are honored. After you opt out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS unless you opt back in.

7. Help

Reply HELP or INFO to any SMS message to receive contact information for Cleanly support. You may also email support@cleanlyhq.com or visit cleanlyhq.com/contact for help.

8. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Sprint) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent record are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at cleanlyhq.com/privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to provide and improve the SMS service described here.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at cleanlyhq.com/sms-consent with the "Last updated" date at the top.
